This is a great salsa that I make all the time for a snack. We totally have to pace ourselves when we eat this or it is gone in 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Mango Salsa
1 mango, skinned and cut into small dice
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
handful chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 juice lime
pinch salt
*I sometimes add a little green pepper to this as well
Directions
Add all ingredients Ina bowl and stir until all mixed together :)
